USPS – For standard and expedited packages UPS is used. For USPS Standard delivery, expect to receive your package 3-6 business days after items leave the warehouse.
USPS – For APO/FPO addresses, US Territories USPS will be used. PO boxes go USPS to AK / HI, and US Territories within 3-8 business days after item leaves the warehouse.

Returns are not accepted with special orders.
RETURNS/EXCHANGES
Every product is satisfaction guaranteed or may be returned for store credit towards an exchange less the shipping cost. An item can be exchange within 10 days of the delivery date.
If you would like to exchange an item, please email us for a return authorization number, complete the Exchange Merchandise section of your receipt and include it with your return. In the event that the item you want is not available, we will contact you to recommend another CIAMPI item.
Returns MUST be in saleable condition and include the original packaging with tags attached. Invoice # and Billing Name must appear on the Return Form. Please complete the Reason for Return on the form (check one option).
Exchanges
Please ensure that all returns for exchanges are postmarked within 10 days from the date you received your order.
To ensure that your return/exchange arrives safely, we highly recommend that you insure the package and utilize delivery tracking.
Gift Returns Credit for gift returns will be issued to the original purchaser.
Standard Return Shipping Pack the item(s) securely in the original product packaging, Please include all paperwork. All products must be returned in sellable condition, to ensure full store credit.
Please complete the return questionnaire on the packing slip and include it in the return package.
1. Before sending your return shipment, please remove all extra labels from the outside of the package.

3. All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We will not accept C.O.D. deliveries.
4. It is recommended to ship via UPS or Insured Parcel Post for your return.
5. Keep the Return Tracking Number for your return package to monitor delivery status.
6. To receive the store credit, items must be returned within 10 days of delivery.
7. You can expect a full store credit less shipping costs.
8. Credit for gift returns will be issued to the original purchaser.
